German Drive

I had a really good experience with German Drive. I brought in my 2026 Mercedes GLC 300 for Service B, and the whole process was smooth and professional. They explained what they were doing, checked the car thoroughly, and gave me a detailed inspection report with photos, which I really appreciated. The pricing was also much more reasonable than what I was quoted at the dealership, and I never felt like they were trying to push unnecessary services on me. The car was finished on time and everything was clearly explained when I picked it up. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop for a Mercedes or other German car.

Recently went for an oil change and service package B for our Mercedes. Excellent service. Friendly. Bill was what they quoted. They reached out the day after as well to make sure everything was ok. Solid spot. I would recommend to others.

I asked the team to do a check before a long road trip with my infant grand-daughter. They were so thorough and found several key things that needed done: the radiator, some hose issues, a battery issue and more. They did a full breakdown of the costs and sent me an approval list before they did anything. They also included photos of every issue and let me decide what things to do. I was very pleased with the service and the work was excellent. The trip was a huge success with the new baby and I was very thankful to have used them!

So glad I found German Drive. Marty is very upfront about the service before the work is started, explaining your options before you hand over any money. Prices are better than at the dealer, and their repairs are top rate. It's hard to find someone you can trust, but they put my mind to ease doing exactly what you need with no hidden charges or fees. Highly recommended.

Hard to find shops of this caliber nowadays. The kind of place that actually takes pride in their customers and their work instead of just rushing cars through like an assembly line. German cars can feel intimidating, especially when you move away from dealer service, but these folks will absolutely take care of you. Knowledgeable, honest, professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right instead of just getting you in and out the door. Highly recommended.
